“I am writing to you to let you know about two of your employees at the Bachman Lake Club whom I feel are excellent. I am sure you know that it is rare for someone to write about good events, but I just felt you should know about the two gems you have. Vernetta is always pleasant and always has a kind word when I see her, no matter how busy she is.
I am most impressed, however, with my personal trainer, Mitch Bruner. I was not at all sure what I was getting myself into when I decided to sign up for the personal trainer program, but I have been more than satisfied and am very happy I was brave enough to try it. Since January, I have been put through the paces by Mitch and I have been rewarded handsomely. I am very impressed with Mitch’s genuine desire to help me, especially since I am at such a basic level when it comes to weight lifting and he is so experienced. One would think that he would be bored, but, on the contrary, he is always full of enthusiasm and ready to go. This attitude is contagious, and before I know it, I feel that way too.
Mitch also has been willing to come in on his own off days to help me workout and I know this must take up a lot of his personal time, yet, he does so cheerfully. His dedication and attitude should be recognized and rewarded in my opinion. I hope that you will at least let him and Vernetta know that I appreciate their good jobs and I urge you to do whatever it takes to keep them happy and at the Bachman Lake Club. A few short years ago, at 65 years old, I was on high blood pressure medication and suffering from a lingering knee injury. While riding my bicycle, I fell trying to dismount. I decided to lose some weight and begin a strength training program to give me more stability. Mitch evaluated my fitness goals and, since I didn’t want to travel to a gym, designed a workout program for me at my home utilizing some exercise equipment I already had. To my delight, I started noticing results within a few months. Not only was my body getting stronger and more athletic faster than I had thought possible, but my doctor was able to discontinue the blood pressure medication and my knee is completely healed and pain free.
I’m constantly amazed at how knowledgeable Mitch is about personal training, maintaining proper weight, nutrition and so much other information that’s helped me change my body from weak to strong in only a few years.
